I found out about this style when I got my first 8 Corner pizza from Jet's. The crispy cheese egdes (known as "frico"), the minimal strips of top-coated sauce, the crunchy but soft thick crust… It's all there in this concoction cooked in what I'm guessing is motor oil. I've since had more authentic versions and I hope to one day road trip up to Motown to get a taste of this gold in the motherland.

In my spare time, I hangout with my beautiful wife and gorgeous daughter, play video games, curate my Plex library, rant about the changing landscape of theme parks, and dream about the perfect plate of pinto beans, cornbread, and fried potatoes.
